More than 1000 olive trees surround I Casali del Moraiolo, where quality is king.
A plant with attention to the smallest details to obtain an oil, that of I Casali del Moraiolo, one of a kind.
It is precisely from the quality of oil called "Moraiolo" that our Casali derive their name. My olive plant was built to obtain an oil with a prevalence of Moraiolo in an amount of 80%.
This explains our passion for our territory and for this product, the oil, so ancient and so fascinating.
The entire annual production cycle is entirely entrusted to nature: our care is aimed at pruning and cutting the grass without in any way altering the production with care interventions aimed at the use of chemicals.
Once again, the typicality of our Umbrian territory and nature are the protagonists of our history. Nature as the main element, oil as an element of unique quality: the same quality that nature gives us every year.
The olive trees grown in Umbria give life to a decidedly particular oil because they enjoy unique climatic conditions, which allow a very slow ripening of the olives: this means that the acidity of the fruits is very limited.
